Industrial Projects

BACORP's principles have 30 years of experience in land acquisition and in the design and development of Residential and Industrial Subdivisions. We originally acquired 42 acres of vacant land and created Lacey Business Park, depicted in the aerial photo below. It was a very successful project where land was acquired, a design conceptualized, improved and sub divided. A bulk of the individual sites were subsequently developed by us complete with buildings.
